If You're Looking For Better Returns...
Open a Hi-Yield savings account with American Estate and Trust (AET) and earn guaranteed* interest rates ranging from 3% to 5% (APR, see yield table below). This is by far the highest yielding investment choice available for most savers and investors who are looking for a guaranteed* fixed income return. Bank money market accounts, CDs, money market mutual funds, Treasury bills and fixed annuities pay far less than a Hi-Yield account from AET.
And, we are very careful with your money, because we invest our money right alongside yours. What happens to your money happens to ours. So you can be certain that we employ the safest, most thoroughly researched and analyzed, and the most carefully monitored investments possible to generate, with minimum risk, these outstanding rates of return for you and ourselves. We're in this with you!

Account Backing. The underlying investments which AET uses to generate your interest rate and which provide the guaranteed* backing for your account consist primarily of a well diversified array of high grade fixed income securities, including: Investment grade or better corporate bonds, A to AAA U.S. government and government agency bonds and notes, bank money market accounts, bank CDs, bond mutual funds, municipal bonds, high grade preferred stocks, exchange traded funds and notes (ETF, CEF & ETN). All securities are held with highly regarded, registered securities brokerages and are protected by Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) coverage. Hi-Yield underlying assets are professionally and actively managed by AET. Individual account statements and statements detailing the underlying investments are readily available on-line for clients' inspection. All yields paid from a Hi-Yield account are classified as interest or ordinary income (tax deferred for Traditional IRAs and non-taxable for Roth IRAs).

* Disclosers & Disclaimers
"Guaranteed" does not mean "absolute", and it does not mean that American Estate & Trust (AET) as a company guarantees or backs the Hi-Yield account with its own funds. The guarantee is backed by the underlying assets and capital reserves that each account is invested in. See AET's "Hi-Yield Account - Disclosure Statement, Terms, Conditions And Agreement document for more info on the guarantee and its limitations.
To cover sales, marketing and general overhead costs, AET charges a one time up-front charge of one percent (1%). This front end load or commission will reduce your initial investment by one percent. Note, however, that accounts with AET which have a minimum Hi-Yield account balance of $25,000 are not charged an annual fee. This can more than offset the 1% load. In addition, the interest rates paid to Hi-Yield accounts are significantly greater than yields generally available in money market accounts & funds, bank certificates of deposit, T-bills, annuities, etc., and this is likely to more than offset the 1% load.
This web page is neither a solicitation nor an offer for the sale of an investment or of a security. The Hi-Yield account may be opened with AET only by IRA or other trust clients of American Estate & Trust, LC, and only after reading and signing the Hi-Yield account Disclosure Statement, Terms, Conditions And Agreement document and completion of an account application.
